Ken Brause serves as the Chief Financial Officer at DailyPay, Inc., leading financial strategy for the prominent fintech specializing in on-demand pay. With an extensive career, Ken has held significant roles such as Senior Advisor and CFO at Burford Capital, managing global finances and investor relations for the firm. Previously, Ken was the CFO at OnDeck, a NYSE-listed company focused on small business loans, and spent over a decade at CIT in various executive positions, including Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Ken's experience also includes leadership roles in investor relations at The Bank of New York and Horizon BCBS of NJ, as well as foundational roles at AIG American General and Bankers Trust.
