Connor White

Connor White has a wealth of experience in the field of operations and customer success. Connor began their career in 2017 as a Credit Recovery Analyst at Wayfair, where they worked to prevent lost revenue and led a project to track costs associated with Customer Service team's partial refund procedures. Connor then moved into a Category Management Associate role, where they worked with Wayfair's supplier partners to determine the best strategy for growth on their platform. In 2021, they joined Amazon Robotics as a Program Specialist and Customer Success Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, they co-founded Bridge Appliances, Inc and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Connor White attended the University of New Hampshire from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
