Richard DeMonte II

Richard DeMonte II has held a variety of positions in the technology industry over the past decade. In 2010, they began their career at Broadridge as a Senior Product Specialist, where they were responsible for leading the Product Management team for the 2012 Tax Year 1099 reporting initiative. Richard then moved to Scivantage in 2013, where they served as Director of Business Operations and Senior Product Manager. In their roles, they were able to build and automate processes to increase revenue, develop product roadmap solutions, and reduce operational costs by 93%. In 2019, they joined Xenial as a Product Manager, where they organized and prioritized product initiatives, extracted data from multiple sources, and developed procedures for backlog grooming. Most recently, in 2020, they were hired as Director of Product Management at CircleBlack, Inc. where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap and revenue goals. In 2022, they were appointed Vice President of Product Management & Client Success at Bridge Financial Technology.

Richard DeMonte II obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Rowan University in 2009, followed by an Associate of Arts (AA) in English and Secondary Education from Camden County College in 2008. Richard then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in English and Writing from Arcadia University and is currently enrolled at DeSales University. In April 2018, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
