Tyler Carpenter has worked in the software engineering and IT field since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Audio/Video Technician and Programmer at Electronics Unlimited, where they pre-wired homes for audio/video and networking equipment and installed home theater systems, full home audio systems, home networking equipment, home security equipment, and universal remotes and control systems. In 2017, they worked as an IT Intern at Hallmark Cards, where they designed and developed system UI and server-side enhancements to add essential changes for Space and Assortment Planning process. In 2018, they worked as an IT Analyst at Hallmark Cards, leading and collaborating on various UI and logical enhancements to improve card-to-shelf execution strategies in a fast-paced agile environment. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Bridge Financial Technology, where they have been the lead full-stack engineer collaborating with product developers and engineers to deliver new features. Tyler also migrated from Grunt/Gulp to NPM and Webpack, from AngularJS 1.5 to Angular 7, and participated in migrating their external V1 API to serverless V2 API. Tyler designed and developed a framework to integrate third-party CRMs and data aggregators into their client application and enhanced and delivered internal and external API's. Technologies they used included Angular, AWS S3, AWS Cloudfront, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS Fargate, Serverless Framework, Typescript, Python, and GO programming languages.

Tyler Carpenter attended the University of Central Missouri from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
