Agustina Pérez

Agustina Pérez Rioja currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Bridge for Billions, where the focus is on democratizing access to quality entrepreneurship support globally. Previously, Agustina worked as a Psychotherapist and Soft Skills Learning facilitator at Activa tus Propios Recursos, creating personal development programs and conducting one-on-one coaching. Agustina has extensive experience in human resources, having managed 19 sports centers as an HRBP at Basic Fit, where leadership extended to a team of 97 people. Prior experience includes roles in marketing and operations at HealthCity. Agustina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School, along with various specialized certifications in psychology and therapy.
