Alan Wagenberg

Alan Wagenberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, entrepreneurship, and knowledge management. Currently serving as the Head of Programs at Bridge for Billions since March 2023, Alan leads a team of 25 program managers overseeing global entrepreneurship initiatives that have fostered the creation of over 1,300 ventures and 2,200 jobs. Previously, as Director of Knowledge Management at Latimpacto, Alan developed impactful products and services for social investors. Alan's extensive experience includes senior roles at Mandrágora, 1espacio, and Fundación Capital, where strategic management and capacity building were key focuses. With an academic foundation including an M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. from Babson College, Alan has consistently contributed to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance social impact and financial sustainability.
