Amninder K. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They began their career in 2013 as a Caregivers at In-Home Support Services and worked in that role until 2020. In 2020, they also worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Fresno Postacute Care LLC and as a Pre-Op Nurse LVN at Pristine Surgery Center, Inc. They then joined Dycora Transitional Health & Living as a Charge Nurse LVN, where they were responsible for supervising the delivery of care to residents.

In 2020, Amninder K. also started working at Kaiser Permanente as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, providing nursing care under supervision and demonstrating quality work habits and clinical practice. They later joined Adventist Health as a Registered Nurse and worked there for a short period of time.

During their time at the college, they pursued a variety of fields of study, including Biology-Allied Health, Liberal Arts-Mathematics, and Liberal Arts-Social Sciences. Amninder then went on to enroll at California State University - East Bay in 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2017. Continuing their education, Amninder pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same institution, which they completed in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Gurnick Academy - Concord Campus for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training. Most recently, in 2021, they pursued further education at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
