Crystal Meldru

Crystal Meldru, CAM, is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector. Currently serving as Community Director at CWS Apartment Homes since August 2022, Crystal has also held the position of Property Manager CAM at Avenue5 Residential since February 2020. Previous roles include Community Manager at Windsor Properties and Greystar, along with serving as Senior Property Manager and Property Manager at Riverstone Residential Group. Crystal's educational background includes studies at Portland Community College from 1999 to 2001.
