Nicholas Gonzalves

Nicholas Gonzalves is the Vice President, Acquisitions & Development, Bridge Opportunity Zones at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to this, they were with Clarion Partners LLC as an Acquisition Associate where they analyzed office, retail, multi-family, industrial acquisition investments in SF Bay Area, Orange County, San Diego, Denver, and Phoenix. Nicholas has also worked with Peak Capital Partners as an Acquisition Analyst Intern and GE Capital Real Estate as a Real Estate Operations Intern.

Nicholas Gonzalves has a B.S. in Facility & Property Management from Brigham Young University, and is currently a non-matriculated graduate student in Real Estate Development at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Nicholas also has a certification from Real Estate Financial Modeling, LLC in Excel for Real Estate - Level 3, and a certification from Green Building Certification Institute in LEED Green Associate. Nicholas is also certified as a Real Estate Sales Agent by the Utah Division of Real Estate, and as an ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) Valuation - DCF by ARGUS Software, Inc.
