Pipier Bewlay

Managing Director, Human Resources at Bridge Investment Group

Pipier Bewlay serves as Managing Director of Human Resources at Bridge Investment Group, leading the people function across all business lines. In her role, Pipier is responsible for providing a BIG experience across the full employee life cycle through forward focused and equitable people programs and processes.

Pipier was formerly the VP of People at Imagine Learning, Inc/Weld North Education, a privately held Ed-tech company focused on the Pre-K through 8th grade space. At Imagine Learning, Pipier was responsible for redesigning HR and organizational functions while increasing representation of diverse leaders within the organization. In her first 6 months, she increased diverse representation within the Senior Leadership team by 30%. Her focus was later moved to merging the parent company Weld North Education, Imagine Leaning, Inc and Edgenuity, Inc into one organization, while handling the business continuity process around COVID throughout 2020.

Before Imagine Learning, Pipier held various leadership roles within Cox Communications, Inc., where she was also asked to be the Interim SVP Region Manager at Cox, leading the Northeast region for a period of five months, overseeing a $3 billion P&L during a major technology upgrade from analog to digital. Prior to Cox, Pipier also worked at INROADS, Inc., Home Depot, Target, Kraft Foods and General Motors.

Pipier currently serves on two Advisory Boards for Fairstream and @Wells. She has past board experience with the Boys and Girls Club of Warwick RI, and WICT Northeast Chapter. She is a graduate of Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is SPHR, SHRM-SCP certified.
