Zach Smith

Zach Smith is the Director of Talent Management at Bridge Investment Group. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs from January 2010 to August 2017. In this role, Zach oversaw the global leadership and management development strategy, initiatives, budget, and staff. This included developing and implementing high potential and management assessment and development strategies. Zach also served as the Americas Regional Head for Goldman Sachs University, where they coached and advised senior and next generation leaders on how to increase individual and team performance. In addition, Zach drove change management initiatives to support the implementation of a feedback system designed to improve the frequency and quality of feedback. Zach also partnered with organizational leadership to identify and introduce high impact to make the Americas Regional offices more diverse, equitable and inclusive.

Zach Smith has a Masters in Organizational Development and Change from Antioch McGregor and a Bachelor's degree in English from Denison University.
