Director of Program Development

Sandy is the Director of Program Development at Bridge Over Troubled Waters. Director has over 18 years of experience in organizational development, fundraising, and writing. Prior to their current position, Sandy was the Director of Development at Family Service of Greater Boston, where they were responsible for building the agency's philanthropic funding base. Director also served on the Board of the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston from 2000-2004. Sandy has a passion for helping others and believes that everyone deserves a chance to succeed in life. Director is committed to their work at Bridge Over Troubled Waters and to helping the people they serve.

They work with Peter Ducharme - Director of Clinical Services, Tyrell Gales - Director of IT, and Executive Assistant - Executive Assistant. Director of Program Development reports to Elisabeth Jackson, Executive Director.
