Pat Carroll has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director of Sales and Partner Ecosystems with Bridge Partners since January 2021. Prior to this role, Pat was the Senior Director of WW Commercial Sales Strategy at VMware from March 2019 to January 2021.

From 2014 to 2019, Pat worked as a Principal at The Spur Group, where they played a significant role in various marketing, channel, and sales strategies. Before that, Pat served as a Principal Consultant at Reef Consulting from 2013 to 2014 and held the position of Director of Partner Programs at VMware in 2012 and 2013.

Pat's career also includes working as a Principal Consultant at Reef Consulting from 2009 to 2012 and holding several leadership roles at Microsoft between 1994 and 2008. These roles at Microsoft included Director of Sales and Marketing for the Public Sector Corporate Account Segment, Director of Sales for Enterprise Specialist Sales, Director of Marketing Operations, Director of Server Product Marketing, Director of Strategic Business Planning for Global Sales and Marketing, and Group Product Marketing Manager.

Before joining Microsoft, Pat worked as a Consultant specializing in Social Computing at Lotus Development from 1992 to 1994 and as a Sales System Engineer at IBM from 1985 to 1992.

Pat Carroll attended St Marks High School, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma program. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S. E.E.) at Virginia Tech, completing their degree between 1980 and 1985.
