Andrea Griggs

Andrea Griggs is currently working as a Client Director at Bridge Partnership since March 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Head of Coaching and Facilitating, North America at BTS from October 2017 to April 2022. Andrea also served as the Coach Community Leader at Coach in a Box from March 2010 to October 2017, where Andrea managed and developed the talent pipeline for North America. With a background in education, Andrea has experience as a Teacher Trainer and TESL Director at CCLCS, teaching English as a Second Language. Andrea holds a CPCC degree in Coaching from Coaches Training Institute, an MA in Education from Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a BA in Philosophy from Trent University.
