Fernando Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fernando started their career as a Product Manager at Medsite, where they played a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams. Fernando then worked as a Management Consultant at Pollux Brazil, focused on optimizing sales structures and strategies. Fernando also contributed to CODELCO as a Summer Analyst in New Business Development.
Continuing their career, Fernando joined Bridgespace Consulting Inc. as a Principal/Consultant, assisting executives and teams in solving complex problems and creating collaborative environments. Subsequently, they became a Faculty member at both CRR Global and The Coaches Training Institute, where they shared their expertise in leadership and coaching.
In 2010, Fernando served as the President of the Toronto Organization Development Network. During their tenure, they contributed to the development and growth of the organization. Fernando then took up the role of a Leadership Consultant at UNICEF, supporting their leadership initiatives until 2019.
In 2014, Fernando joined Bridge Partnership, North America as a Client Director, responsible for building and managing client relationships. Currently, they work as a Senior Consultant at KITE, leveraging their skills and experience to help organizations achieve their goals.

Fernando Lopez completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management & Global Analysis from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Fernando also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the School of Engineering & Applied Science at the same university. Fernando spent a semester studying abroad at the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, they obtained a High School Diploma from Seabury Hall. Fernando has acquired additional certifications, including a Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle in 2008.
