Karen Clifford (nee Warlow) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karen started their career in 1995 as an HR Manager at South East Water, where they managed a team and provided HR support to employees. Karen then worked as an HR Manager at SAUR International, leading the graduate recruitment program and conducting due diligence work on PFI bids. In 2002, Karen became a Senior HR Manager at Telewest Communications, where they implemented HR strategies and practices. Karen later joined BT Wholesale as the Head of HR and was responsible for various HR initiatives. In 2008, they joined BT Global Services as the Head of HR SE Asia, leading the integration of BT and BT Frontline. From 2010 to 2014, Karen served as the HR Director - South East Asia at Towers Watson. In 2014, they transitioned to a new role as a Client Director at Bridge Partnership. Karen then founded KC Global Consulting, where they offer tailored solutions in facilitation, leadership development, and HR consultancy. In 2017, Karen became the Director of Growth Services at Organisation Solutions, a role that involves helping companies scale for growth. Karen Clifford (nee Warlow) has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Karen also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography from the University of Wolverhampton. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including FIRO Instruments from The Myers-Briggs Company, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Emotional Intelligence from Genos International, and an Executive Programme from IE (Instituto de Empresa).
