Nicol Smith, CDP/CALM, currently serves as the Campus Director at Bridge Senior Living, overseeing all aspects of independent, assisted living, and memory care, and has successfully opened a transitional memory care unit. Previous roles include Business Consultant at Senior Living Consultants, Senior General Manager at Holiday Retirement managing multiple locations, General Manager at Oxford Senior Living, and various positions at Encompass Home Health & Hospice, Hawthorn Senior Living, Rambling Oaks Courtyard, Parkview of Frisco, and Care2Give, demonstrating extensive experience in senior living operations and marketing. Nicol holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Gerontology from SUNY Brockport and has pursued further education in Human Resources Management at Benedictine University.
