Lorena Romero

Lorena Romero began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager at CareerBuilder. In this role, they were responsible for activities related to hiring, such as advertising, job fair coordination, development of recruitment collateral, interview scheduling, reference/criminal background checks, salary negotiations, data entry, and maintenance of requisition files. In 2017, they moved to NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Bridge, Inc as a Talent Matching Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for quickly discovering and vetting world-class remote talent, allowing customers to scale in as little as 10 clicks with full compliance and transparency of costs and processes.
