Lorena Romero began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager at CareerBuilder. In this role, they were responsible for activities related to hiring, such as advertising, job fair coordination, development of recruitment collateral, interview scheduling, reference/criminal background checks, salary negotiations, data entry, and maintenance of requisition files.
