Sophia Morales

Sophia Morales has over a decade of experience in Human Resources. Sophia began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Specialist at Primark. In 2010, they moved to BPI Group as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2015, they joined Cielo Talent as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and high volume staffing. In 2018, they were hired as a Human Resources Specialist at Academic Work, where they were responsible for finding talented people and negotiating fees and salaries. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bridge, Inc, where they are responsible for attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees, as well as ensuring employee satisfaction.
