Shaivali Desai

Shaivali Desai has extensive work experience in entitlement and development in the real estate industry. Shaivali is currently the Director of Entitlement at Bridge Tower Homes, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Entitlement and Development from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Bridge Tower Homes, Shaivali worked at SiliconSage Builders, LLC. There, they held multiple positions including Director of Forward Planning and Entitlement from 2018 to 2020, Senior Manager of Forward Planning and Entitlement from 2014 to 2018, and Senior Designer in 2013.

Their earliest work experience was at Salvatore Caruso Design Corporation, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2013.

Shaivali Desai holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture, University of Mumbai.
