Matthew Mayerle

Matthew Mayerle has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Stockroom Associate at Lord & Taylor in 2014. Matthew then worked as a Ride Operator at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company in 2014. In the same year, they began a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Northern Illinois University, where they lectured and assisted students, graded labs, and coordinated with other TA's. In 2009, they were an Undergraduate Researcher at Western Illinois University, where they mapped the surficial geology of the western half of the Overton NE 7.5 quadrangle. In 2008, they were a Teaching Assistant at the Western Illinois University Geology Department, where they assisted the professor during lab and guided students during an on campus outdoor field trip. In 2017, Matthew began a Compliance Contractor/Software Developer role at Voyant where they coordinated with auditors to draft appropriate documentation, policies, and procedures to comply with HIPAA and PCI compliance standards. Matthew also troubleshooted and contributed bugfixes to Phax Machine, and created API unit tests using the Runscope API. In the same year, they also began a DevBootCamp Apprentice role, where they completed an immersive 19-week web development program. Finally, in 2019, Matthew began a Jr. Full Stack Developer role at Bridge.

Matthew Mayerle attended Northern Illinois University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science, General. Prior to that, they attended Western Illinois University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science, General.
