Stephanie Benadof Sphr

Stephanie Benadof, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Director of Human Resources at Bridge33 Capital. Prior to their current role, Stephanie served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at The Hotel Group, where Stephanie oversaw HR functions across a portfolio of 14 properties. With experience in consulting and managerial roles at Asure Consulting and The Cobos Group, Stephanie has a strong background in providing HR solutions to companies of various sizes. Stephanie also served as a Human Resources Manager at Pura Vida Coffee, playing a key role in establishing HR policies and programs at the startup. Additionally, Stephanie contributed their expertise as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Meridian School and as a Human Resources Manager at Mercer Island School District, where Stephanie led transformative initiatives in HR management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Scripps College.
