Leah Hollander

Leah Hollander currently serves as the Deputy Director for Talent Services at NASA, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to develop staffing solutions and recruiting strategies, as well as overseeing recruitment processes and compliance evaluations. Prior to this role, Leah served as the Senior Advisor for Human Capital Strategy at NASA Headquarters from February 2005 to January 2020, where focus was on leading change management and implementation for agency mission support initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee development, and resource allocation. Leah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both obtained from the University of Maryland.
