Norman Toy

Norman Toy is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BridgeBio, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing genetically targeted therapies to treat diseases. Prior to joining BridgeBio in August 2020, Norman served as the President and Owner of Netpro Search, an international recruitment and consulting firm specializing in healthcare executive-level and senior medical provider talent from October 2005 to August 2020. Additionally, Norman held the position of Managing Director at Global Medical Search Inc from August 1995 to October 2005, where responsibilities included international physician talent acquisition across all medical specialties. Norman is an alumnus of St. John's University and Queens College in New York.
