CJ Joulain has a diverse work experience in the technology and media industry. They began their career in 2014 as a Producer and Board Operator at KPFB, followed by a Database Assistant at the National Fragile X Foundation. In 2016, they took on the role of Support Engineer at Roostify and Fellow at the White House LGBT Tech & Innovation Summit, organized by Lesbians Who Tech and TechUP. In 2017, Joulain worked as an Engineer I and Technical Support Engineer at npm, Inc. They then moved on to Tuft & Needle as a Quality Assurance Engineer in 2019 and currently serve as a Quality and Automation Engineer at BridgeCare.
CJ Joulain obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Media Studies (Film History) from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Rutgers University.
