Amy Childs

Amy Childs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the auto insurance and retail industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bridgecrest since February 2025, Amy previously held various leadership roles at SilverRock Inc., including Managing Director of Operations and Sr. Director of Operations, where the focus was on simplifying auto insurance and vehicle service contracts. Prior to that, Amy contributed to DriveTime as Director of Customer Advocacy and Assistant Director of Recruiting. Additionally, Amy's career includes significant tenure at Target, culminating in the role of General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-million dollar retail operations and team development. Amy holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
