Mike Williams

Mike Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike began their career at Loews Hotels as a Guest Services Attendant, Team Lead, where they supervised a team of valets, bellmen, and doormen. Mike provided tours of the hotel property and facilitated transportation for guests.

In 2004, Mike joined the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor, where they exceeded monthly projections and trained new advisors. Mike later became an Enrollment Manager, coaching and training teams to achieve high sales volume. Eventually, they became the Director of Operations, Enrollment Division, managing a division of over 275 employees and analyzing sales and operational reports.

Most recently, Mike joined Bridgecrest as an Assistant Director of Loan Servicing, responsible for preventing charge-off of millions of dollars in auto finance. Mike trained and supervised a large team of collection managers and loan advisors, and collaborated with analytics and business intelligence to improve collections performance.

Mike Williams earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007. Mike then went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2007.
