Kevin Heckler

Technical Account Manager at Bridgehead IT

Kevin Heckler started their work experience as a Crew Member at McDonald's from June 2008 to May 2010. Kevin then joined SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as a Show Operator II for a short period from May to September 2010, and later became a Show Operator I from September 2010 to February 2012.

In March 2012, Kevin joined CityChurch as an Audio Engineer, where they provided AV support and engineering for various live events. Kevin was promoted to the position of Associate Technical Director in September 2018, where they managed technical teams and systems, solved problems, and implemented solutions. From December 2021 to June 2022, they served as the Service Production Director.

Currently, Kevin is working at Bridgehead IT as an Associate Technical Account Manager since June 2022. In this role, they foster client relationships, offers support, and designs solutions. Kevin assists the Technical Account Management Team with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Kevin Heckler attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. Their field of study included Business, Computer Science, and Sociology. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Northwest Vista College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Music Technology. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwest Vista College.
