Adam Pemberton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Adam started their career in customer service roles in different organizations from 2007 to 2011. Later, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Thing5/Virtual Agent Service, where they implemented effective recruitment and performance management processes.

In 2013, Adam joined Thing5 as an Operations Team Lead, where they implemented Salesforce CRM and created a dedicated customer support team, resulting in improved response time and customer satisfaction.

From 2015 to 2019, Adam worked as a Marketing and Sales Operations Analyst at Stantive Technologies Group Inc., leading business development and sales operations, developing the sales process, and designing a qualification program for sales inquiries.
