Madita Pierenkemper

Madita Pierenkemper's work experience starts with their role as a Departmentleitung Marketing at ilmpressions Filmproduktion from June 2015 to July 2016. Madita then worked as a Meeting Leader at Cultural Care Au Pair from May 2014 to August 2016. Madita then joined Cultural Care Au Pair again as a Direct Sales representative from October 2016 to March 2017.

Following that, they worked at Sales Experts Germany SEG GmbH as an Account-Manager from April 2017 to July 2017 and later as an HR-Manager from September 2017 to October 2019.

Afterward, Madita moved on to work at Bridgemaker as an HR-Manager & Recruiter from November 2019 to June 2021. Madita then took on the role of Teamlead Recruiting from July 2021 to January 2023, and currently, they are serving as the Head of Recruiting at Bridgemaker, starting from January 2023.

In 2022, Madita also worked at ATOLL Living Spaces GmbH as a Talent Acquisition Lead, starting in October, and continues to hold the position. Additionally, they are currently a Talent Acquisition Lead at Tracie since April 2022, which is a corporate venture of Greiner Bio-One and Bridgemaker.

Madita Pierenkemper completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Angewandte Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from the Technische Universität Ilmenau. Madita attended this university from 2013 to 2017.
