Arushi Arora

Arushi Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and consulting. Currently serving as VP - Business at Urban Company since July 2018, Arushi has held various roles including Business Head for both Salon for Women and Salon for Men, as well as AVP - Spa at Home. Prior to Urban Company, Arushi worked at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2013 to June 2018, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate and then Consultant. Arushi began their career as a Summer Research Intern at Biocon in 2011. Arushi holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2013, originating from Delhi Public School in Faridabad.
