Paul Wing possesses over 20 years of specialized experience in Remedy/BMC ITSM, encompassing all phases of the requirements, delivery, and support lifecycle. Currently serving as Manager of ITSM Applications Managed Service at Bridgenext since February 2021, prior roles include ITSM Consultant and Senior Technical Consultant positions at various organizations, including CGI, where responsibilities included leading the Remedy Operations Team and serving as a Service Management Architect. Past consultancy work has extended to significant companies such as Ernst & Young and Merck, demonstrating proficiency in requirements gathering, development, and implementation of BMC ITSM applications. Education includes a degree in Programming and Networking from CDI College, further strengthening technical expertise in the field.
