Chad Gardiner

Chad Gardiner has extensive work experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Chad currently holds the position of Director at Bridgepoint Investment Banking where they specialize in capital raising and M&A advisory solutions for middle market companies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President at Capstone Headwaters from 2012 to 2019. Chad also worked as a Vice President at Solganick & Co. in 2010 and as an Associate at New Century Capital Partners from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Chad worked as a Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2004 and as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2003.

Chad Gardiner attended Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
