Damandeep Chugh

Damandeep Chugh is a seasoned professional in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Rewards at Bridgepoint Group since 2025. Previously, they held leadership roles, including Head of Reward at Federated Hermes International and NewDay, where they oversaw compensation and benefits strategies and managed significant projects such as Workday HCM implementation. Damandeep began their career with Aon Hewitt before expanding their expertise at Towers Watson and Banco Santander, contributing to executive compensation consulting and regulatory compliance. They graduated with a B.A. Hons in Economics from Delhi University.
