Amanda Miller currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the President at Bridgeport Hospital, while also holding the position of Program Director for Strategic Initiatives and Operations. In this role, Amanda supports key strategic initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, security, employee engagement, and spiritual care. Amanda is also a Board Member for the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, representing the hospital in community and business matters. Previous experience includes leading patient experience improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic at Yale New Haven Health and serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Day Kimball Healthcare, where oversight extended to a significant community base and multiple service departments. Amanda's earlier roles include strategic operations management at UConn Health and contributions as a post-graduate fellow in hospital administration. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of Connecticut, along with an Associate's degree from Quinebaug Valley Community College.
