Computer Engineer at Bridger Photonics

Nelson Goldsworth has held a variety of roles since 2015. Nelson began their professional career as a Desk Clerk at Montana State University-Bozeman in 2015. Nelson then moved on to become a Student Researcher at the same university in 2016, where they refined power delivery and embedded Linux systems for a NASA sounding rocket and authored accompanying documentation. Nelson also aligned, tested, and documented experimental optical systems in a clean-room laboratory environment, as well as wrote effective Python, bash, and zsh programs and documentation for calibration, diagnostics, and maintenance of experimental imaging instrumentation. In 2018, Nelson became a Graphic Designer at the Montana State University Book Store, Inc., where they produced environmental graphics, brochures, web assets, and other promotional materials adhering to the MSU Bookstore branding and identity system. Nelson also designed logos, brochures, posters, t-shirts, water bottles, and other branded items for campus and student organizations. In 2020, Nelson began working as a LiDAR Engineer at Bridger Photonics, Inc.

Nelson Goldsworth attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
