Bridges ends homelessness through volunteer-driven outreach and individual case management focusing on health, housing, and independence. With every person we encounter who is experiencing homelessness, we connect with the individual based on their specific identified needs, and we stay with them to ensure their lasting success. From the very beginning, Bridges has been about connecting with people on a human level.
