Mattia Giustiniano

Mattia Giustiniano has extensive experience in research and development within the tire industry, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at Bridgestone EMIA since November 2017. Prior roles at Bridgestone include Vice President of Operations and Technology Strategic Integration, Director of Operations and Technology Strategy & Projects, and various leadership positions within the Tire Research Department, focusing on FEM, new technologies, and wear and durability. Mattia's responsibilities have encompassed program management, resource allocation, and strategic planning, alongside active participation in industry associations such as the German Rubber Manufacturer Association and the German Association of Automotive Industry. Mattia holds a Ph.D. in System Mechanics Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
