Charlie Ogden

Charlie Ogden has an extensive background in training and development within the automotive industry. Charlie currently serves as the Senior Manager Field Education Training & Development at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC, where Charlie oversees the customer service/sales representative training team and vehicle service training team. Prior to this role, Charlie held positions at GP Strategies Corporation and Sandy Group where Charlie managed field-based trainers and developed training programs for GM regional teams. Charlie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University.
