Stephanie Tarkenton

Stephanie Tarkenton, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC since July 2017. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Human Resource Manager, Store Operations at Family Dollar, where responsibilities included collaboration with business partners on HR practices and coaching field management. Additional roles include Regional Human Resource Manager at RadioShack, Human Resource Manager at Charming Shoppes Inc., Human Resource Generalist at Wendys International, and various HR positions in banking and retail. Stephanie holds degrees in Business Communications and Project Management from Saint Joseph's University and Rosemont College, respectively, along with an Associate's degree in Business from Peirce College.
