Ryan Rowlett

Ryan Rowlett, MBA, currently serves as a Realtor at Key Associates Signature Realty and as Owner Operator of Hoosier Elite Properties, both since early 2024. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rowlett Enterprises LLC, established in December 2021, Ryan focuses on home improvement and remodeling. Additionally, Ryan is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner for the State of Indiana, providing expert consultation on human resource functions since March 2020. Previous experience includes positions as a Kitchen Designer/Sales at Menards and a CSS/Back Up Personal Banker at German American. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Indiana, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in General Studies from the same institution and Ivy Tech Community College, respectively.
