Troy Fakes

Troy Fakes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Project Management at Bridgestone Americas since February 2005, Troy is responsible for stage-gate governance of the Technology Deployment Process, ensuring alignment between technologies and the product roadmap. Previously, Troy held positions as Senior Manager and Project Manager, leading teams in new product development and managing project portfolios. Early career experience includes working as a Process Engineer and a Co-op Student at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, where hands-on technical skills were developed. Troy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
