Diana Gravett has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Diana currently works as a Customer Success Manager at BridgeU, a position they have held since March 2022.

Diana Gravett obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they also attended IAU College to study French Language and Literature for a brief period. Prior to their university education, Diana attended The Bush School and completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Diana has obtained several certifications in customer success management from SuccessHACKER, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Levels 1 to 4, which they achieved between June and December 2022.
