Umama Ahmed has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as the founder of Earth Kitchen, a cold pressed juice line startup based in Karachi, Pakistan. Umama later joined the U.S. Department of State in 2016 as an EducationUSA Adviser, providing guidance to students. In 2020, Umama joined Lock&Stock as an International Admissions Manager, before transitioning to BridgeU as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a key role in offering university and career guidance to K-12 international schools and universities. Currently, Umama holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at BridgeU.
Umama Ahmed graduated from Karachi Grammar School in 2009 with a High School Degree. Umama then attended Babson College from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management. In 2020, Umama obtained a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA. Additionally, they have several other certifications, including EducationUSA Adviser Training from the U.S. Department of State in 2017, Fundamentals of Advising from the U.S. Department of State in 2017, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2021.
