Amanda Hoit

Amanda Hoit, MS, SHRM-CP, has a background in human resources, recruitment, admissions, and marketing. Amanda currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bridgeview Eye Partners, after working as the Human Resource Director at Midwest Eye Consultants. Prior to these roles, Amanda gained experience as a Regional Recruiter at Harris Rebar and held various admissions and marketing positions at Indiana State University and Cardinal Publishers Group. Hoit holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University.
