Kevin Brennan

Kevin joined Bridgewater in 2003 and is Co-Head of Technology and Director of Investment Systems. He shares responsibility for the strategy and oversight of our Technology group, and is also responsible for the oversight of our investment systems, which includes converting our investment insights into trading rules and ensuring our understanding is reflected in the construction of our client portfolios and implemented accordingly. He is also a member of the Investment Committee, the Operating Committee, and a Partner at the firm.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Kevin worked as an actuary at Equitable, earning a Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries, and then as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Kevin received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Binghamton University. Kevin currently serves on the Investment Advisory Board of the Leadership Now Project, as well as on the Board of the Center for Political Accountability. Kevin is also a Fellow of the 2019 class of the Aspen Institute’s Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
