Lauren Mihalov

Lauren Mihalov has over a decade of diverse experience in investment recruiting, account management, and event coordination. Currently serving as Talent Lead in Investment Recruiting at Bridgewater Associates since May 2016, Lauren has also held the positions of Talent Associate and Business Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Lauren worked as an Account Manager at Octagon and held various roles in experiential marketing at Team One. Early career experiences include event logistics and coordination at etouches and Octagon, respectively, as well as leadership roles in swim instruction and lifeguarding at the Woodruff and Wilton Family YMCAs. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University in 2011.
