Millie Shi

Millie Shi is a talent associate at Bridgewater Associates, where Millie has been since January 2023. Previously, Millie served as a talent partner at Omna Search from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Millie was a product specialist in risk parity at AQR Capital Management from May 2017 to January 2021 and worked as an analyst in equity derivatives structuring at Deutsche Bank from July 2015 to May 2017. Millie also gained experience as a multivariable calculus course assistant at Harvard University from September 2013 to May 2015 and completed an internship in sales and trading at Deutsche Bank during the summer of 2014. Millie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics and Music from Harvard University, graduated in 2015.
