Noppadol Suttichaivarakul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Noppadol began their career in 2015 as an Educational Service Coach at Wall Street English. In 2017, they joined PRTR as an Assistant Recruitment Manager specializing in IT Recruitment. In 2019, they joined AnyMind Group as a Manager and held that position until 2022. During their time at AnyMind Group, they also served as a Business Development Manager at AnyTalent, a subsidiary of AnyMind Group. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ascend Group. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director - Talent Acquisition at Pi Securities Public Company Limited.

Noppadol Suttichaivarakul completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2013.
