Tiffany Mizen

Tiffany Mizen joined Bridgewater in 2022 and is Head of the Real Estate & Facilities Department. She is responsible for designing, operationalizing, and executing real estate and workplace services that elevate the authentic workplace experience inclusive of Strategy, Transactions, Facilities Management, Design & Construction, Hospitality, and Logistics. Tiffany is chair of the Operational Sustainability Committee and is an advisor to the Bridgewater Black Network.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Tiffany was IBM’s Head of Real Estate for the East Region, where she was responsible for real estate across 31 states, aligning with internal business shareholders to optimize efficiencies and deliver solutions to support corporate strategy & goals. She also has nearly 20 years of experience managing upwards of 30M square feet of Class A & B real estate across 9 major markets for leading commercial real estate firms JLL, C&W, and DTZ. She began her career in property management with Manhattan’s largest REIT landlord SL Green Realty Corp. before transitioning to facilities management as General Manager of Goldman Sachs’ HQ portfolio for JLL.
